SPECIFIC SPORTS TRAINING WITH THE "POWER SUIT"
To become an effective and great volleyball player you want to work on developing and improving the following skills: vertical jump, quickness, speed, lateral speed, agility, upper body strength and endurance.
 
The "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) can help you with your conditioning program to affect all these skills. Put on the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) and run your drills. Whether you are doing depth drops, bounding or skipping to improve your verticals or blocking and hitting drills using a light, medium or heavy weight load you will experience increased strength and endurance.
 
Remove the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) and repeat the same drill to measure your progress. You will find with continued use that your jumping ability and endurance will be enhanced and you’ll be able to play those long matches giving much more effort throughout because of your optimal conditioning.
