SPECIFIC SPORTS TRAINING WITH THE "POWER SUIT"
Soccer requires that you be very well conditioned because you play 45-minute periods. The "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) can enhance your conditioning by resistance training. This is a process by which you train the brain to think that you are actually heavier than your normal body weight forcing your muscles to work to maintain this extra weight. Once the weight is removed you will find yourself stronger and faster.
 
The "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) will improve your cardiovascular endurance and core strength. Use the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) when performing your conditioning drills, distance running, frog jumps and bounding exercises. This will help to improve your striking abilities, your vertical jump and your agility. Remember to re-do the drills with the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) off to measure your progress.
