SPECIFIC SPORTS TRAINING WITH THE "POWER SUIT"
Use the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) to aid you in taking your current training/conditioning regime to the next level. Adding resistance to your muscles cause them to work at an intensified state enabling them to become stronger over time. Once the weight is removed your muscle memory continues to work in the new state making you stronger, faster, quicker and more agile.
 
Include the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) in your conditioning and lateral training for downhill skiing. Use it when running your zigzag, single leg hopping, and bounding drills to develop your gluts, quadriceps and hamstrings. Use the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) when doing exercises to strengthen your body core strength and you will find that your reaction time, balance and core strength will improve. Remember to re-run your drills and exercises without the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) on to measure your progress.
