SPECIFIC SPORTS TRAINING WITH THE "POWER SUIT"
The "POWERSUIT", weighted vest and shorts will take your training to the next level. For training specifics for football you must consider the position of the player and the biomechanical moves required of that position. All players will benefit from using the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) while running basic training drills.
 
Training with the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) on tells the brain that you are actually carrying more weight that your normal body weight. Once you remove the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) you are physically stronger, faster and have increased endurance.
 
Running backs will increase their explosive speed and agility by doing running drills such as: running sprints with the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/ or shorts). Line men will strengthen their lateral agility and speed by doing ladder and tire drills with the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts). The unique design of the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) allows for each user to customize their workout.
 
The strategically positioned pockets allows one to adjust weights to target specific muscle groups and carry light, medium or heavy loads. All training should start with small increments of weight increases especially when working on speed and agility.
 
A great measurement of progress is to re-run your drills. This happens when you do your drills with the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) on and then repeat the same drills with it off. This practice also trains the body to work in a new environment with increased resistance. Your body will become accustomed to this new found energy, speed and power leading to your muscles moving faster, reacting quicker and becoming stronger over time.
