Boxing - Sport Application
SPECIFIC SPORTS TRAINING WITH THE "POWER SUIT"
 The sport of boxing puts many demands on your physical abilities. You must be agile, be light and quick on your feet, strong upper body strength, especially arm, shoulder and core strength and excellent cardiovascular conditioning for good endurance.
The "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) will take your training to the next level. Incorporate the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) in all your training drills; shadow boxing, roadwork and hand speed drills. Re-run the same drills without the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) to measure your progress.
Another major concern for a boxer is weight. When competing it is important that they make the weight for their class. Adding weight like that used in the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) when training will cause the body to burn more calories thus accomplishing two goals at the same time; muscle strengthening and calorie burning. With use of the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) over time you will become stronger, faster, more agile and more powerful making you a concerted force for any competitor.
