Baseball and Softball - Sport Application
SPECIFIC SPORTS TRAINING WITH THE "POWER SUIT"
 Baseball is a long season so it is important to start and maintain a good exercise regime to stay in top condition. Use the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) for pre, in and post season conditioning.
The "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) will not restrict range of motion so it can be used to enhance many drills used in baseball. No matter what position; whether infielder, outfielder, catcher or pitcher the "POWERSUIT"
(vest and/or shorts) will take your fitness to the next level.
Use the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) while doing batting, pitching, throwing and catching drills to increase upper body conditioning. You can customize your weight depending on the target muscle group for each training session by using the strategically placed pockets of the vest. You can adjust your weight load from light, medium or heavy as you progress.
Use the "POWERSUIT" (vest and/or shorts) while performing drills such as: running stairs/bleachers, lunges, step jumps and lateral explosion drills. This will increase the strength and condition of your lower extremities. An added bonus is increased cardiovascular conditioning because of the respiratory resistance the vest creates. At the same time you are working on your core strength through your abdominals and obliques. A strong core acts as a stabilizer and will lead to great functionality. Always remember to re-run the drills without the "POWERSUIT"
(vest and/or shorts) on to measure your progress.
